Very disappointed with our order today from the drive-thru. We found a hair in one of the burgers, which completely ruined the meal. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there since yesterday. The garlic sauce was extremely sour, with a strong vinegar taste, and we didn’t receive the straws for our drinks. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and definitely not the quality we expect from McDonald’s.
Most Friday nights I get the kids an ice cream after football training. Tonight I got 4 McFlurry’s. Absolute pure slop they were. This is the 4th week in a row they’ve been like this. Straight into the bin with them. We only live 1 minute away so can’t blame the drive home. Last week I handed them back and the girl said that’s the way they’re coming out of the machine!!I didn’t think to check them this evening. Don’t even get me started on the difference between a medium and large meal. I won’t be back for a long time
The staff consistently prepare the ice cream 5–8 minutes before the rest of my order is ready. The ice cream is then left on the counter while burgers and fries are still being prepared. As a result, it is partially melted before it is handed to the customer. Since an ice cream takes only a few seconds to prepare, it should be made immediately before the order is served. I complained about this a year ago via official customer feedback (acknowledged) - no improvements ...
